Nature Recovery Fund Opens for Expressions of Interest

We are excited to announce Expressions of Interest are now open for the Big Chalk Nature Recovery Fund.

With approximately £2 million available for capital projects in 2026/27, the fund will support practical action for nature’s recovery across the chalk and limestone landscapes of southern England. Grants start at £1,000 and, in exceptional circumstances, can exceed £100,000 for projects delivering significant and lasting benefits for nature.

Whether you're restoring species-rich grassland, improving a chalk stream, creating new habitat, investing in conservation equipment, or developing a collaborative landscape-scale initiative, we want to hear from you.
